About the role
Inspira Kids Early Learning Centre provides an environment where children feel safe, nurtured, stimulated and happy.
We are expanding our team and are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Gladstone Park Centre, in a Permanent Part-Time capacity, working Monday to Friday. Immediate start available!

Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing high-quality, engaging educational programs that support each child's individual needs, interests and development
Using the Inspira Kids curriculum and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to plan and implement an engaging and interactive program based on the children's needs
Documenting the delivery of educational programs, the children's interests and assessments of their learning and development
Building and maintaining harmonious relationships with children, families and team members
Mentoring other teachers and educators as part of the leadership team
Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for all children
Contributing to a child-safe environment and ensuring all relevant standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are met on a daily basis
About You
Previous experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher or in a similar role
Hold an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification recognised by ACECQA
Hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
Hold a current First Aid Certificate (including CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training)
Hold a current Working with Children's Check
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant Government regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about creating a calm and positive learning environment for our children
