[Expression of Interest] Senior Consultant, Digital Delivery, Total Rewards (6 Months Direct Contract)

Senior Consultants will work closely with colleagues to deliver complex and/or customized and/or multi work-stream solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Senior Consultants will work on project teams with more seasoned practitioners to deliver initiatives focusing on rewards, benefits, incentives, performance and other initiatives within Total Rewards & Work Measurement. Individuals at this level exercise judgment in understanding client issues and customizing solutions to fit. They have developed a level of presence and maturity that means they take the lead on defined aspects of a Total Rewards & Work Measurement projects or business development activity.

Individuals will lead relationship management and should be able to lead rewards and work measurement projects of simple to medium complexity. They should have expertise to engage and mobilize a client in Total Rewards and Work Measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build data and database related process knowledge to ensure the standard of delivery are consistent
• Participate in APAC initiatives building relationships across the region, such as AI implementation working groups.
• Capable of identifying opportunities for other Korn Ferry Digital practices and provide a high level descriptions of these services to clients as needed.
• Lead an industry, a cluster of industries or a country from salary survey standpoint and continue to build rewards database for identified sectors.
• Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timelines, accuracy and completeness
• Total Rewards subject matter expert with the ability to guide and lead project teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.
• Support the design or development of solutions for our clients by working as part of a client or opportunity team and leveraging the insights gained through research and analytics.
• Interact with executives of the client in the context of projects. Support senior colleagues on larger, more complex projects potentially leading some client facing aspects of the project in an area of expertise.
• Work with and coordinate activities with colleagues across teams and regions. Manage peers and more junior resources on projects/ database activities. Provide guidance and coaching to more junior colleagues.
• Proactively developing internal relationships outside of team/office including other knowledge experts.

Skills and Competencies:

• Recognized as a go-to person in rewards discipline and is able to scope, design and deliver standard and non-standard solutions to meet client Able to lead core service line work activities with large, complex and/or important clients.
• Has an in-depth understanding of clients/industries supported and apply business offerings at the senior level.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting is a plus
• Experience in reward consulting is a plus
• Experience with data analysis and AI tools is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Being proactive, eager to be part of a global team to ensure excellent client experience

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
