About the role:

As a Senior Sales Associate in this casual employment opportunity based in the Australian Capital Terriroty (ACT), you'll be one of the first friendly faces customers meet as they begin their home-building journey. From contract homes and house and land packages to spec homes and project sales, you'll get to know what makes each customer tick, bring Rawson's home and value proposition to life, and make every interaction feel easy, exciting and memorable. Along the way, you'll partner with our Sales, Marketing and Warranty teams, keep our display homes looking their best and help turn promising enquiries into happy Rawson customers.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sales Associate with Rawson Group, you will:

• Create a brilliant first impression by warmly welcoming customers, asking the right questions, and making every display-centre visit count
• Turn interest into action by qualifying enquiries, capturing accurate details in Salesforce and keeping leads, appointments, and follow-ups moving
• Bring our homes to life by confidently talking customer through designs, inclusions, options, features, build locations, timeframes and the Rawson journey
• Keep the conversation flowing across phone, email, and other channels, with timely, helpful and personable communication
• make our display homes shine by managing opening and closing routines, presentation, repairs, maintenance and team coverage
• Be the team's CRM champion by maintaining accurate records, directing enquiries to the right Sales Consultant and providing dependable sales support

What we're looking for:

• You're available to work weekends and public holidays, when our customers are most ready to explore
• You bring experience in sales support or customer service - ideally in residential building, construction, architecture, or real estate
• You're genuinely excited by property, new homes and helping customers make confident decisions
• You're a natural relationship builder who knows how to listen, qualify a lead and deliver a standout customer experience
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; experience with CanIBuild, SAP, OnSite Companion and Enterprise Connect will help you hit the ground running
• You're organised, proactive, details-focused and comfortable keeping plenty of moving parts on track in a busy display environment

Qualifications

• Current driver's licence
• Current Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration, or a higher relevant real estate licence
• Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
