About the business

Proline Quality Finishing, managed by Crimsafe Security Systems, specializes in precision powder coating and custom solutions for industrial and commercial products that require performance and protection from the toughest of elemental conditions.

We specialise in aluminium and stainless steel architectural extrusions, fabricated steel frames and brackets, geometrics, mesh, perforated panels, louvres and cable trays and many other materials up to 6.5 metres wide and 2.5 meters high in our new powder booth.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our experienced powder coating team. You will be an active team member responsible for unpacking, preparing material for powder coating, transferring, packing and dispatching Aluminium and Stainless steel products.

To be successful in this role you would need to:

• Be punctual and reliable

• Physically fit, with a hands on approach, ready for any task.

• Take pride in your work and workplace

• Have decent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task

• Understand production targets and lead times

• Attention to detail and an eye for quality control

• Be confident and experienced with hand and power tools

• Have the ability to work unsupervised and also with others in a team environment

• Be willing to take direction and respond positively to instructions

• Experience in a powder coating environment highly regarded

Eventual transition from casual to permanent role will require to undergo Medical, Drug & Alcohol Testing and a National Police Clearance check.
