About the role

A general hand position based in Canning Vale, reporting to the WA Factory Manager. The role covers work in the printing area as well as store duties.

Key responsibilities

• Catching bags from a print machine (potential to learn printing)

• Packaging and palletising bags

• Unloading containers

• Picking stock

• General housekeeping and keeping the workspace clean

• Admin duties

• Assist in providing a safe and productive work environment

• Any other tasks needed around the factory

About you

We're looking for someone motivated to get the job done and comfortable working in a close-knit team environment. You'll need to work well on your own initiative while still pulling your weight as part of the group.

You'll also need:

• A valid forklift licence (essential)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team engagement

• Previous experience in a similar role (advantageous)

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a small team

• Ability to undertake appropriate training to maintain and progress required skills
