Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager — Architecturally Designed Homes | Sydney

About the role

Reporting to and guided by the project management team, with admin support behind you, you'll be the person keeping sites running day to day.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining daily site diaries

• On-site management of all deliveries and materials

• Coordinating trades and subcontractors

• Assisting in preparing the two-week lookahead program

• Keeping the site clean, safe and well presented

• Running inductions and SWMS, and upholding safety and compliance through BuildPass

About you

• Experience on residential builds (architectural or high-end an advantage)

• Solid understanding of trade sequencing and site coordination

• Organised and on top of the admin — diaries, compliance, systems

• Strong, clear communicator who trades and clients respond to

• First Aid certificate (or willing to obtain — we'll help facilitate this)

• White Card and reliable transport
