About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Casual Commis Chef to join the team at the Peninsula Club in Dromana. If you’re all about good food, good people and a bit of controlled chaos — we’d like to hear from you.
You’ll work with a solid kitchen team who know how to get the job done, back each other, and still have a laugh when things get hectic. From prep to pass, it’s hands-on, fast-paced and never boring.
Located on Gibson Street, just one street back from the Dromana Pier, the Peninsula Club operates seven days a week from 9am. With an expanded TAB, outdoor decks, two bars and great staff, the Peninsula Club offers the ideal location for lunch with friends or family.About Us
Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 17 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria. Our venues include bistros, sports bars, function spaces and gaming areas, each focused on delivering great hospitality experiences within their local communities.
