Join a vibrant modern yakitori izakaya in the heart of Potts Point, opposite Kings Cross Station. We serve top-notch Japanese cuisine with a lively, social atmosphere. We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef or experienced chef (3+ years) who’s ready to make an impact in our kitchen.

The Role

• Lead the grill and yakitori section alongside our Team
• Create consistently delicious dishes and maintain kitchen standards
• Mentor junior staff and help cultivate a positive, high-energy team
• Contribute to the growth and success of our kitchen

You’ll Need

• Commis~Sous Chef experience or 2+ years in a professional kitchen
• Passion for Japanese cuisine, grilling, and yakitori
• Leadership skills, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
• Reliability, motivation, and a positive attitude
