About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you’ll help create cherished moments and better health outcomes for residents each day.

• Monitoring and managing chronic health conditions of elderly patients.

• Conducting health assessments and documenting patient conditions.

• Assisting in wound care, pain management, and mobility support.

• Administer medications

• Developing care plans in collaboration with other health professionals.

What you’ll bring
You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

• Diploma in Nursing (with a focus on aged care and health assessments).

• Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

• First Aid and CPR certification.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A valid NDIS clearance
