The Role

You’ll be hands-on while leading the practice, with responsibility for:

• Managing a portfolio of bookkeeping clients

• Providing hands-on bookkeeping and cloud accounting services

• Leading and mentoring the bookkeeping team

• Reviewing work and maintaining quality

• Managing workflow and practice performance

• Building client relationships and identifying growth opportunities

• Working closely with the wider accounting team

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong bookkeeping experience

• Experience leading or mentoring a team

• Excellent Xero and cloud accounting knowledge

• Strong client and communication skills

• A commercial, proactive approach

• The confidence to take ownership and make decisions

• An interest in growing a practice and developing people
