What You'll Be Doing

• Consultative Sales Leadership: Guide clients through every stage of their new home journey - from initial design concept and site evaluation through to contract signing.

• Custom Home Solutions: Work closely with clients to tailor bespoke custom builds and knock-down rebuild packages that meet their unique lifestyle and budget requirements.

• Lead Qualification & Follow-Up: Proactively manage and convert warm leads from our extensive marketing channels through quick, structured, and consistent follow-up.

• Procedural Excellence: Meticulously adhere to G.J. sales processes, pricing procedures, contract administration standards, and CRM management.

• Relationship & Pipeline Management: Build lasting relationships with land developers, real estate agents, and local networks to expand your client referral pipeline.

What You'll Bring

• Proven Builder Sales Experience: Direct experience as a successful New Homes Consultant or Sales Executive within the residential building industry is essential.

• High Drive & Determination: A resilient, proactive mindset with a focus on closing sales, following-up leads, and achieving monthly targets.

• Meticulous Process Discipline: Exceptional attention to detail and rigorous adherence to internal procedures, guidelines, and contract compliance.

• Relationship-First Approach: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a warm, professional presence that builds instant confidence and trust with clients.

• Roster & Mobility: Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, 8.30am – 5.00pm (40 hours per week), a valid Australian Driver’s Licence, and full working rights in Australia.
