IZAKAYA MITTO is an exciting new Japanese Izakaya & bar located in the iconic place of Sydney. MITTO is fast growing brand and we are seeking for a passionate, energetic, and creative Bartender to work with amazing team.

This is an opportunity to be part of a growing business with ongoing opportunities and attractive rewards for the right candidate.

What you will need:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a bartender in a bar or dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of whisky and Japanese sake, with the ability to explain them confidently to customers.
• At least 3 years’ experience with cocktails and solid practical bar skills.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English with customers.
• A positive attitude and friendly personality are essential.
• Must hold a valid visa with no work restrictions.l.

Working Hours

• 30-35 hours per week, including weekends.
• Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

About the Benefits

• Hourly wage:
• Weekday : $34.96 + Super.
• Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.
• Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.
