About the role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering settlement and defect management services across a variety of residential development projects. You will work closely with senior leaders while taking ownership of assigned projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery from commencement through to completion. This role offers a clear pathway for professional development and future progression within our growing business.
Key responsibilities
Manage and coordinate assigned settlement and defect management projects.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, purchasers, developers, and stakeholders.
Conduct pre-settlement, valuation, defect, and other onsite inspections.
Coordinate project schedules, inspections, resources, and site activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, databases, and project plans.
Support purchasers throughout the settlement process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist with project reporting, invoicing, and administrative requirements.
Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and casual team members.
Attend site meetings, inspections, handovers, and stakeholder meetings as required.
About you
Previous experience in project management, construction, property, settlement, defecting, or residential development.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.
Strong Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace skills.
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
