Join a Boutique Property Developer 

Vortex Property Group (ATF Grujoski Investment Trust) is a privately owned property developer based in South Sydney, specialising in residential and commercial developments.    

We are seeking an organised, motivated and proactive Property & Office Administrator to join our growing team.    

This is a unique opportunity to join a property developer in a diverse role offering significantly more variety than traditional property management. Working across property management, development support, construction administration and marketing, no two days are the same. 

Working closely with an experienced team, you will take ownership of your own responsibilities while being supported to develop your skills across multiple areas of the property industry. 

The role is expected to commence on a part-time basis (25 hours per week) for the remainder of 2026, with the intention of transitioning to a full-time position during 2027 as the business continues to grow. 

Key Responsibilities 

Property Management 

• Manage residential and commercial leasing enquiries 
• Conduct private inspections and open homes as required
• Review rental applications 
• Prepare lease agreements, renewals and lease documentation 
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance 
• Coordinate contractor, tenant and inspection access 
• Manage tenancy administration 
• Monitor rental arrears and issue statutory notices where required 
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors and strata managers 
• Assist with NCAT preparation where required 

Office & Business Administration 

• Provide general administrative support across the business 
• Answer phones and manage incoming enquiries 
• Coordinate inspections and appointments 
• Prepare correspondence and documentation 
• Maintain electronic filing systems and records 
• Assist with invoicing and general office administration 
• Assist with business administration projects as required 

Marketing & Development Support 

• Coordinate photography and marketing material 
• Update company websites 
• Assist with social media and marketing campaigns 

About You 

We’re looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and enjoys variety. You will be equally comfortable dealing with tenants, contractors, consultants and purchasers while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

While you’ll have core responsibilities, you’ll also have the opportunity to assist across different areas of the business as priorities change.

Essential 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Strong organisational and time management skills 
• High attention to detail 
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & outlook 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle 
• Positive, proactive attitude 
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities 
• General knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 

Preferred 

• Previous experience in property management or real estate administration 
• Experience using Property Tree or similar property management software
