About UsMSM Architects are a close-knit small team and a well-established firm of 32 years young based approx. an hour from Melbourne in Seaford Victoria. If you live in the outer south easter suburbs and are sick and tired of spending your days commuting into the city, we may be the right fit for you. We are specialists in the educational sector delivering projects for the VSBA and independent schools continuously since our inception. But we also like to dabble in other commercial typologies too namely aged care, SDA housing, office and commercial fit outs and even the odd workshop/ factory.
About youIf you haveA minimum 8 years experienced in architectural roles Commercial architectural experience A high proficiency in Revit (essential) and AutoCADExperience working for government clients such as VSBA (advantageous) Thorough working knowledge of the NCC/ ASStrong construction knowledgeA friendly and can-do approach to working in a team and excellent communication skills with sub-consultants Ability to also work independently, know when to ask questions and can take initiativeAustralian citizenship or are a permanent resident (please no speculative overseas applicants this is not a remote role)Then you may be just who we are looking for.
