An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) - Stomal Therapist to join the Adult Stomal Therapy team at Dandenong Hospital. In this senior nursing role, you will provide expert clinical care, consultancy, education, and leadership to patients, carers and healthcare professionals across the continuum of care.
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment, you will deliver evidence-based stomal therapy and wound management services, support clinical excellence, and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
