About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced UiPath Agentic AI Technical Lead to join a high-profile enterprise transformation program within the Telecommunications sector.This is a hands-on leadership role focused on designing, implementing, and scaling next-generation intelligent automation solutions that combine UiPath Agentic Automation, Generative AI, Enterprise Integrations, and Telecom Business Processes.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building enterprise-grade AI agents, autonomous workflows, and intelligent automation solutions while providing technical leadership across architecture, delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement.This opportunity has the potential to expand into a larger strategic engagement based on successful delivery and demonstrated leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of UiPath Agentic Automation solutions leveraging AI Agents, RPA, GenAI, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.Define and govern enterprise-wide Agentic AI architectures, operational models, guardrails, observability, and compliance standards.Establish reusable AI agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, and automation best practices.Design and lead integrations between UiPath and enterprise applications, APIs, and Telecom OSS/BSS platforms.Develop scalable API-driven automation solutions and enterprise integrations.Integrate UiPath with enterprise AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and GenAI services.Identify and drive automation-led transformation opportunities across:Customer CareOrder ManagementService FulfilmentBilling OperationsService AssuranceNetwork OperationsCollaborate with business stakeholders and Telecom SMEs to define intelligent automation roadmaps.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, solution governance, and delivery oversight.Drive adoption of AI-assisted decision-making and autonomous operational workflows.
Required Skills & ExperienceUiPath & AutomationStrong hands-on experience with the UiPath ecosystem including:UiPath Agentic AutomationStudio / StudioXOrchestratorAutomation SuiteAI Center / Document UnderstandingAction Center
Agentic AI & Generative AIProven experience designing and deploying Agentic AI solutions.Experience integrating and orchestrating LLMs and GenAI platforms.Strong understanding of:AI AgentsPrompt EngineeringAgent WorkflowsRAG ArchitecturesHuman-in-the-Loop ModelsAI Governance & Guardrails
Integration & CloudStrong API and integration development experience.Experience with REST, SOAP, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures.Exposure to cloud platforms such as:Microsoft AzureAWSGoogle Cloud
