Registered Nurse (PPT or Casual)

Pathways Residences is a 5-star Residential Aged Care provider in Sydney. We are looking for a PPT or CASUAL RN for our new and exciting residence in Longueville NSW 2066

Registered Nurses lead PCWs, respond to wounds, falls, administer medications and in particular, will have additional and specific night shift duties.

About you:

• Passionate about delivering quality care to our older Australians

• Experience in aged care/geriatrics required

• Knowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliance Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards 

• Able to manage a small team of PCWs, be computer literate, and have sound verbal and written communication abilities

• Analytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work with

A few requirements of the role :

• Relevant experience and qualification in nursing + AHPRA registration

• COVID19 vaccine (2 doses) + Flu vaccine 2026

• Right to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID

• Current police check
