About The Role
Be part of a busy and collaborative team providing first and second-level technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues, both remotely and face-to-face. Troubleshoot, monitor, and restore personal computers and devices connected to the network
Deliver high-quality client service, managing issues with integrity, compassion, and timely resolutionWork from various sites across our Hospital and Aged Care network in NSW to resolve technical incidentsParticipate in the after-hours on-call roster
About You
Current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle is a MUST Certificate IV in Information Technology Support (or equivalent experience)Minimum 3+ years’ experience in field engineering, desktop support or IT technical rolesStrong knowledge and skills in PC hardware and associated devicesGood understanding and associated skills in networkingExperience supporting AV systems, nurse call, telephony and comms room infrastructureWorking knowledge of Cisco, VoIP, DECT and Analog Phone setup and configurationMust be able to commit to fulltime hours, including after-hours on-call requirements as detailed above
