About the role
Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Growing Team at Hatchlings Waterford West!
Hatchlings Early Learning – Waterford is a privately owned centre providing nurturing care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years. Our play-based programs support each child’s growth and development in a warm, family-oriented environment. We build strong connections with families and create a safe, engaging space where children feel confident and inspired. Hatchlings is dedicated to helping every child explore, learn and thrive.
Role Requirements
The opportunity has become available for casual Cert III or Diploma Float Educators to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will need:
a Cert III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education
a current and valid Working with Children Check
a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
an ability to interpret curriculum documents
effective oral and written communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities
Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
Participate in professional and personal development.
Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
Responsibility for the development and implementation of the studio program
