Are you finishing school this year, recently graduated, or looking to start a new career? This is an entry-level opportunity, so no previous experience is required.

We're looking for enthusiastic, caring, and motivated people across the Eastern Suburbs to join our team as Early Childhood Educator Trainees. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy working with children, and are ready to learn, we'll provide the training, mentoring, and support you need to build a meaningful career while earning an income from your very first day.

• Earn while you learn – get paid from day one.

• Fee-free Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (CHC30125) for eligible trainees.

As an Early Childhood Educator Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced educators while completing your Certificate III. You'll learn how to:

• Support children's learning and development.

• Create fun and engaging learning experiences.

• Help provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team.

• Develop practical skills that will set you up for a long-term career.

• Looking for their first career opportunity or a career change.

• Friendly, caring, and enthusiastic.

• Reliable and willing to learn.

• Strong communicators who enjoy working in a team.

• Passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives.

• Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible Humanitarian Visa holder.

• Current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain before starting).

• National Police Check (or willing to obtain before starting).

• First Aid and CPR (preferred but not essential).

• Able to work rostered shifts between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
