Steel Scaffolder

Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Scaffold Labourers, Ticketed Scaffolders (Basic, Intermediate & Advanced) and a Leading Hand to form a new residential scaffolding crew within our Sunshine Coast Branch based in Bells Creek.

This is an immediate start opportunity for suitable individuals or established crews. All projects are based locally, with transport provided from our Bells Creek depot to site and return daily, meaning no personal vehicle is needed to travel between sites.
  
Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience working with steel scaffold systems (residential).

• Relevant Scaffold Ticket (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced)

• White Card

• Current valid Open Driver’s Licence (HR licence preferred but not essential)

• Strong ability to work within a team environment.

• Ability to read plans and problem solve on site.

• Full Australian working rights

• Willingness to complete a Pre-Employment Medical, including D&A screening (funded by the company)

  
Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Erect, dismantle, modify, and maintain scaffold structures.

• Install scaffolding in line with engineered design specifications.

• Ensure all required paperwork and site signoffs are completed accurately!

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.

• For Leading Hand role: coordinate crew activities, ensure compliance, and support site supervision.
