Farm Administration & Worker Welfare Coordinator

This is your opportunity to become the people and admin hub of a busy horticultural operation.

Based near Gin Gin, you'll coordinate HR administration, support seasonal employees throughout their employment journey, and help ensure the farm runs smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with the Farm Manager and PALM Manager, you'll play a key role in PALM worker welfare and general farm administration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities across the farm

• Manage employee onboarding, inductions, orientation and compliance documentation

• Act as the site's PALM Welfare Officer, supporting seasonal workers from arrival throughout their employment

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

• Assist with workforce planning to meet changing seasonal labour requirements

• Prepare reports and maintain HR databases

• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and documentation

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Farm Manager and wider team

About You

You'll also bring:

• Strong administration experience

• Confidence working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds

• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• A current driver's licence

• The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
