About the Roles

We're on the lookout for motivated, experienced, and inspiring Trainers and Assessors to deliver face-to-face classes in one or more of the following areas:

• ⚡ Electrical

• ❄️ HVAC

• 🪚 Carpentry

Whether you're available one day a week, night times, Saturdays or full-time, we'd like to hear from you!

Candidates must be available for a minimum of one day per week to be considered for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll bring your industry knowledge and teaching passion to life by:

• Delivering engaging, professional, and practical training sessions

• Supporting learners to achieve real results and industry-ready skills

• Planning and delivering lessons using modern, flexible, and tech-savvy approaches

• Conducting assessments, maintaining student records, and meeting RTO 2015 Standards

• Keeping your skills sharp through continuous professional development

About You

We're looking for Trainers who are:

• Energetic and passionate about helping others succeed

• Confident communicators who can engage and motivate learners

• Strong team players with initiative and independence

• Up to date with their industry and VET knowledge

What You'll Need

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)

• Relevant trade qualifications and current industry experience
