About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking professional, reliable and customer-focused Retail Security Officers to join our team across multiple retail sites.

We have opportunities available for Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual Security Officers, with positions available at multiple locations around the Southeast and surrounding areas. 

Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

·       Deliver exceptional security services while maintaining a high standard of customer service

·       Guard, patrol, and monitor assigned premises to ensure safety and prevent loss or damage

·       Control and manage access to the premises, ensuring only authorised individuals are permitted entry

·       Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and alarm activations

·       Identify, assess, and address potential security risks or hazards

·       Conduct regular surveillance through patrols and monitoring systems (e.g., CCTV)

·       Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records and data logs

·       Liaise with management, staff, and emergency services when required

·       Support the enforcement of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

·       Provide assistance to customers and staff while maintaining a secure environment

Key Selection Criteria

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Must HAVE Security License
• Hold a current Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certification
• Have proven experience in the security industry
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can work collaboratively in a team or independently

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential
