About The Role
As a Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to residents, assisting with daily living activities while promoting independence, choice, and wellbeing. Working as part of a dedicated residential team, you'll build genuine relationships with residents and help create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.

Provide personal care support including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, feeding, mobility assistance, hoisting, and other daily living activitiesAssist residents with medication administration and monitoringAssist with meal preparation and feedingAssist with catheter care, enteral management and basic wound careEncourage participation in activities that promote inclusion, independence, and achievement of individual goalsReport and document changes in resident wellbeing and health statusMaintain accurate records and resident documentationBuild positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Must-Haves
Current First Aid and CPR CertificateStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentA genuine passion for supporting people living with disabilityNDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)NDIS Orientation Certificate (or ability to obtain)
