We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Team Member to join our dynamic team in Smeaton Grange for all shifts (Day, Afternoon and Night). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

About The Role:

• Finishing signs with lamination, eyelets etc to ensure durability and high-quality finish.
• Laying up products accurately for production and ensuring the proper alignment of materials.
• Cutting and shaping signs using CNC routers, Zund and Kongsberg cutting machines, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols at all times.
• Managing sign production timelines and ensuring projects are completed within deadlines.
• Assist with packing job orders across various departments within the warehouse

About You:

• Availability to work 5 days per week (Day

  • 6am
  • 2pm Mon-Fri, Afternoon
  • 2pm
  • 10pm Mon-Fri, Night
  • 10pm
  • 6am Sun-Thu)
• Previous experience working in a printing or manufacturing environment will be highly favoured.
• Licence to operate forklifts will be highly favoured.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
• Keen, reliable and a strong work ethic.
• Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise cutting, shaping, and laminating of signs.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong focus on safety and delivering results.
