Software Engineer Intern

Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid)

Duration: 3–6 Months

Minfy Technologies is seeking a Technology Intern to support our Cloud, AI, Automation, and Software Engineering teams. This internship provides hands-on exposure to AWS Cloud, Generative AI, application development, automation, and enterprise technology consulting.

The successful candidate will work alongside cloud engineers, architects, and AI specialists on real customer and internal innovation projects.

• Assist in the development of cloud-native applications and automation solutions.
• Support AWS infrastructure deployment and management activities.
• Build prototypes using Generative AI and modern AI tools.
• Develop scripts and utilities using Python or similar technologies.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Conduct technical research on emerging cloud and AI technologies.
• Participate in team meetings, project planning, and solution design discussions.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for learning new technologies.

• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
• Experience with GitHub.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Amazon Q, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
• Familiarity with Linux, APIs, Docker, or Kubernetes.

• Exposure to enterprise AWS environments.
• Experience working on real customer projects.
• Mentorship from cloud and AI experts.
• Potential pathway to Graduate Engineer or Associate Consultant roles.
