Retention Centre Consultant

Do you enjoy helping people and creating great customer experiences?

We're looking for a Customer Contact Care Consultant to join our team. You'll be the friendly voice of New Town Toyota, supporting our customers throughout their ownership journey by answering enquiries, booking appointments and staying connected through proactive follow-up.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a great phone manner, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Hours of Work

• Full-time permanent role
• Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

How you'll make an impact

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
• Book service appointments and complimentary vehicle inspections
• Follow up with customers after sales and servicing
• Confirm appointments and rebook missed visits
• Contact customers regarding safety recalls and service reminders
• Update customer records and respond to email enquiries
• Support Reception when required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in customer service, reception or a contact centre
• A friendly, professional and confident phone manner
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and good computer skills
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers
• Automotive experience is a bonus, but not essential
