Admin/Procurement Assistant

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

MediaForm is the market leader in commercial IT supplies and print solutions. We are currently looking for a Full Time Admin/Procurement Assistant to join our growing Sydney team.

As a company, MediaForm specialises in the Print & IT space delivering excellent service and solutions from all major vendors (HP, Samsung, Lexmark, Kyocera, Canon, Brother and others) to our B2B corporate clients and transactional customers throughout Australia. With offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, MediaForm is looking to build a strong team of like-minded individuals to grow within the company and service our clients with their Print & IT needs and more.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Assisting in varied tasks within the purchasing and warehouse departments of our business

• Proactively interact internally with staff and externally with suppliers

• Assist in purchasing, stock inventory and other ad hoc data entry jobs

• Data entry

• Inbound/outbound calls and emails

• Acquiring and learning, building your knowledge base on our products, services and the MediaForm ethos

Essential criteria:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to efficiently use MS Office Excel, Word & Outlook

• Highly motivated and proactive

• Good time management and analytical skills

• Able to work independently and efficiently
