 About the role:

Jamieson is currently looking for an experienced Asset Coordinator to support the daily operations of our busy workshop and sales departments. The rewarding role will see the successful applicant working with a well-established team coordinating the receival and delivery of equipment as well as transporting of equipment both on and off site.

The ideal candidate will ideally have a transport or heavy vehicle industry background or experience as an Automotive Stock Coordinator. The role will be a mix of both desk based (30%) and yard movement work (70%).

Successful applicants must show themselves as team players who are willing to learn, flexible, highly motivated, dedicated, proactive and most importantly, organized.

 Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Work with the different on site teams to ensure deliveries are successfully achieved on time.

• Complete documentation and work orders for equipment as it arrives in the yard.

• Coordinate the transport of equipment both local and interstate.

• Manage the registration of all assets, including dangerous goods and plant registrations.

• Assist our very busy sales team with the preparation of assets for handover.

• Follow-up and being able to keep on top of multiple tasks

• Excellent time management skills

• HC licence is an advantage.
