About the role
We are seeking a Class Scheduling Specialist to join Student Administration, People Services, Administrative Division.
Class Scheduling Specialists have a key role in the delivery of scheduling and booking services that support the efficient and effective use of teaching space and other facilities. The Class Scheduling Specialist team play an important role in the class scheduling and allocation processes. The Class Scheduling Specialist team will suggest and implement improvements and work cooperatively with colleagues from across the University in resolving issues. Examples of the activities the positions contribute towards are: system support and training, maintaining staff and room data, reporting, student allocation to classes, and assessment of requests to change allocations.
