About The Role

We are seeking proactive, professional Visitor Services Rangers to join our team across metropolitan Sydney. With multiple workplace environments available, you’ll find a role that suits your skills and ambitions.

This position is ideal for Security Officers who take pride in responsibility, situational awareness, and delivering high-quality service. You will be actively involved in maintaining safety, protecting assets, and ensuring smooth operations across a variety of sites.

Please note that this role requires a valid NSW 1A Security Licence, held for a minimum of 12 months. (GSP does not require a minimum 12 months).

Full-time roles are available in the Sydney CBD, Centennial Park (GSP), and Homebush. Casual roles are available across the Sydney CBD and Greater Sydney.

Responsibilities And Duties

Patrols & Site Security

Provide high-quality visitor and security services in accordance with client requirements and internal standardsProtect physical assets through regular pedestrian and vehicle patrolsObserve facilities to reduce risk and maintain public safetyMonitor and guide the behaviour of people in public and private spacesManage facility access control

Technology & Reporting

Operate and utilise ACESGroup’s technology platforms to support site safety and reportingMaintain accurate records and complete reports through digital systemsPrepare general security records and reports

Customer Service & Response

Deliver excellent visitor customer service, including direction and informationRespond to incidents as a first responderCollaborate with team members and management to enhance operational efficiency

Essential Criteria

Applicants must have:

NSW 1A Security Licence, held for at least 12 monthsFull NSW Driver Licence (GSP only requires a P Licence)Current First Aid and CPRCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency CardCustomer service experienceSuperior written and verbal communication skillsExceptional personal presentationReliability and punctualityAbility to work a 24/7 rotating rosterAbility to pass an LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital) test
