As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build high-performing teams and support our expansion.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Wobbi Logix as a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with leaders across the business to attract and hire exceptional talent for roles within transport, logistics, warehousing, operations and corporate services.

You'll play a key role in shaping our workforce while creating an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to onboarding

• Write and advertise engaging job advertisements across all recruitment platforms

• Source, screen and interview candidates across a wide range of roles

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment advice

• Conduct reference checks and manage all pre-employment compliance

• Coordinate onboarding and support new employees through their transition into the business

• Provide HR support to managers on recruitment and onboarding best practices

• Maintain recruitment reporting, candidate records and ATS data

• Promote a positive, inclusive and professional candidate experience

About You

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources

• Experience recruiting within transport, logistics, supply chain or warehousing is highly desirable

• Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and Fair Work

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment

• Experience using recruitment platforms such as Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

• HR qualification (AHRI or similar) is advantageous
