Program Coordinator

Fixed Term, Part Time | Until 31st December 2026

$40.69 - $43.63 per hour (depending on experience and qualifcations)

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Program Coordinator to build effective networks and developing partnerships for our Redcliffe and Pine Rivers Youth Clubs. If you are enthusiastic about helping young people, then we want you!

Your New Role

As the new Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating the program to engage participants and deliver programs that respond to community needs.  We’re committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and positive atmosphere where everyone is welcome. About You

• Minimum Diploma of Youth Work or relevant qualification in the areas of practice, or equivalent level experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in social and community sector programs
• Ability to effectively supervise and develop staff and volunteers
• Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate
• Hold a light rigid driver’s licence and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (or ability to obtain)
