Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Warranty Officer to join our Service Department at Mercedes-Benz Berwick.

About the Role
This is an on-site position based at Mercedes-Benz Berwick.

Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and submitting documentation in line with manufacturer requirements
• Liaising with Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts teams to gather claim information
• Monitoring claim progress and following up outstanding submissions
• Maintaining accurate records of approvals, rejections and reimbursements
• Assisting customers with warranty-related enquiries
• Supporting the service department to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Remaining up to date with Mercedes-Benz warranty policies and procedures

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in dealership warranty 
• Experience with Mercedes-Benz or another premium automotive brand will be highly regarded
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong computer literacy and dealership systems experience
• A current driver's licence
