About This Role

In this role you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including financial reporting, dealing with regulatory bodies on behalf of MJJ clients, business tax and advisory and everything in between. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands on with clients and grow your career with us. In this role you will:

• Examine and prepare financial statements for a broad client base;

• Review accounting work and be a mentor to junior accountants;

• Assist in the preparation of business advisory services for clients;

• Report directly to the Partners;

• Work with our clients to be compliant with regulatory requirements and provide general business advice and assistance.

About You

If you’re the right person to join us, you will be degree qualified and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAA) or Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) Australia, or close to finishing. You will also:

• Have at least four (4) years public practice experience;

• Have experience working with clients with multiple entities and over $10 million turnover;

• Have excellent organisational and time management skills;

• Strong attention to detail;

• Prioritise continuing education and development;

• Work well in a team environment;

• Have a strong desire to help small to medium business clients.
