Business Manager - F&I - High Volume Award Winning Automotive Dealership Group

Werribee and Western Automotive Group is excited to invite applications for the role of Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) to join our award-winning team. This position is ideal for a professional with relevant qualifications in Finance & Insurance (F&I) and hands-on experience in the automotive industry. We are looking for someone with an engaging approach to customer service, skilled at presenting F&I options to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compelling presentations of finance, insurance, and warranty products to customers.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to build strong relationships, negotiate, and finalize finance deals.
• Oversee the F&I process, including documentation collection and submission.
• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed dealership targets.
• Offer insurance and warranty products to cash customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Finance & Insurance, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in computer systems and tools.
• Exceptional customer service abilities, with a knack for understanding customer needs.
• Accountability and commitment to achieving F&I goals.
• Detail-oriented with a professional and optimistic outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for nurturing internal and external relationships.
• A team player who is proactive and willing to step out of an office setting when needed.
