Placement Officer Mylestones Employment

What would I be doing? 

As a Placement and Marketing Officer, you will support job seekers to find meaningful employment through building relationships with employers and promoting the benefits of an inclusive workplace. 

You will take the time to understand the unique talents of each job seeker, while matching them to the needs of employers and the workplaces. You will be comfortable with cold calling, meeting employers in person and focusing on: 

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with jobseekers and support them to achieve their career goals and transition to stable employment. 

• Proactively building relationships with employers by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored workforce solutions, including job seeker introductions. 

• Engaging with employer forums, build professional networks and maintain strong knowledge of the labour market conditions and trends.
