Reporting to the Count Team Supervisor the Count Team Cashier is accountable for providing efficient and effective collecting, counting and recording of gaming and non-gaming revenue and superior internal and external customer service.

Please note this is a part time role - We can offer a minimum of 24 hours per week and a maximum of 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• A strong focus on customer service ensuring Crown’s service values and a seamless customer experience is consistently delivered.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Count Room SOPs, procedures, processes and equipment functionality

• Collect, count and record gaming and non-gaming revenue.

• Ensure all revenue handling processes are completed with a high level of precision and integrity

• To learn and understand the Count Room SOPs, procedures, processes and equipment functionality

About you

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment

• Demonstrated customer service experience.

• Proven reliability and accountability when handling cash and sensitive information

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
