Administration & Events Support Officer

Are you highly organised, energetic, and passionate about events and food culture? We are seeking a Part-Time Coordinator to manage and coordinate food truck events across various locations.

About the Role:
As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing food truck events from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with vendors, councils, Schools and close event coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate food truck bookings and event schedules

• Liaise with food truck operators, venues, and stakeholders

• Manage event logistics, permits, and compliance requirements

• Oversee event setup, operations, and pack-down

• Handle communications before, during, and after events

• Arrange staff for events

• About You:

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Strong time management and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and problem-solve

• Flexible availability

• Confident using email, scheduling tools i.e., Trello, Canva, Vnox, Square and Zella

• IT savvy

• Must be confident with Social Media
