You are a clinically-minded, solutions-focused person with a passion for improving lives through innovative healthcare products. You understand the community world — or you're keen to learn it fast — and you know that the right piece of equipment in the right home can change everything.

 You might be an Occupational Therapist looking to step out of clinical practice and into a commercial role. You might come from allied health, equipment prescription, home modifications, or aged care and disability services. What matters is that you understand the client, the prescriber, and the environment.

 You're not looking for "just another role" — you want to make a real difference. Big sales experience isn't required. Curiosity, credibility, and genuine care are what sets you apart!

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Product Specialist – Community, you'll be the go-to expert for our range of community and home-based equipment within your territory. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will:

 * Work alongside Occupational Therapists on client assessments, trials and equipment selection.

* Partner with builders and home modification contractors on installations and site requirements.

* Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support in homes and community settings.

* Build strong relationships with prescribers, support coordinators and decision-makers.

* Collaborate with our sales and service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

This is an entry-level role with a clear pathway — you'll be trained on our product range, supported by experienced specialists, and given the room to grow into a senior commercial role over time.

You'll have the flexibility to work in the field, from the office, or wherever you need to be to best support clients. Interstate travel may be required on occasion.

✔ An understanding of the community, disability or aged care sector

✔ Confidence working with clinicians and trades alike

✔ Strong presentation and training abilities

✔ Excellent digital and computer literacy

✔ A passion for healthcare solutions that improve people's lives

✔ Self-direction and accountability – you take ownership of your work

✔ An OT or allied health background (highly regarded, not essential)

✔ A current driver's licence

* Up-to-date flu vaccination

* A current National Police Check, NDIS Screening Check, and WWCC or willing to get them

* The ability to complete a pre-employment medical (at our expense upon offer)

* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
