Intermediate Rigger

Brisbane City Cranes are seeking an experienced Intermediate Rigger to join our team in Northgate, QLD for immediate start. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role , you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging construction projects across South East Queensland.

HC Licence Prefered but not essential

· Dogging and Rigging operations for crane lifts (Mobile Cranes)

· Directing crane movements using correct signals and communication

· Securing and moving loads safely on site

· Ensuring all lifts are carried out in accordance with site safety requirements & legislation

· Working closely with site supervisors and other trades

· Use of knowledge and experience to deliver lifting and rigging of loads

· Working together with high-performing crane operation team

Successful Candidates MUST have the following:

·        Relevant High Risk Work Licence

·        Minimum 2 years’ proven Dogman and/or Rigging experience

·        Previous experience on construction or civil sites

·        Construction White Card

·        Strong knowledge of lift plans, load calculations, and safe work procedures

·        Strong understanding of safe lifting practices

·        Reliable, punctual, and safety focused

·        Reliable transport

·        Have a focus on maintaining a safe work environment  

·        Right to work in Australia

·        Availability to start IMMEDIATELY

·        Can do attitude with ability to work in a team environment
