Environmental Services Support Officer

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Environmental Services Support Officer to join our team at Greenslopes Private Hospital on a permanent full-time basis!  In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining staff rosters.

• Maintain and publish rosters for all Environmental Services staff to include cleaning, transport, linen, and waste teams.
•  Fill unexpected absences, sick leave, and process annual leave requests
• Engagement with staff selection, training, competency, and compatibility
• Respond to inquiries and provide support to staff
• Administration tasks as required

About You

• Previous experience in scheduling, rostering or workforce coordination
• Exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments, and strong problem-solving skills when plans change
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient with computer systems and office software applications
