Bakery Sales person

We’re looking for an experienced hospitality person to join our small, friendly team at Tallebudgera Bakery. This role suits someone who enjoys fast‑paced service, early starts, and being part of a positive, community‑focused workplace.

Requirements (Must Have)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bakery or café environment

Available to work weekends

Able to start at 5:00am when required.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, confident manner

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed

Desirable

Ability to make coffees (basic barista skills)

About the Role

You’ll be working as part of a tight‑knit team serving locals and visitors in a busy coastal area. Duties include customer service, preparing and packing bakery items, maintaining a clean workspace, assisting with opening routines, 15 to 25 hours per week
