Experienced Traffic Controllers Required Crew Leaders, AWTM, TC and BWTM

Turtle Traffic has ongoing work every day, nightshifts and (sporadic) away works.

Lots of Works on MRWA Pay Rates.

Positions available for Crew Leaders, AWTM's and experienced BWTM TC's. We currently are only onboarding Traffic Controllers with more than 2 years operational experience.

Must be able to pass Drug and Alcohol screening and pre-employment functional assessments.

AWTM and WTM's required for Complex MRWA Sites.

Paid above the award rate! Base (casual) rate $36.75 per hour and we align and pay the MRWA rates when applicable!

Building and Construction Award and MRWA Rates Paid, all penalty rates and crew leader allowances apply!

Position: Traffic Controllers with 2 + years experience (Crew Leaders, AWTM, BWTM and TC) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement traffic management plans to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.

• Set up and maintain traffic control equipment and signage.

• Direct traffic in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.

• Priorities safety and environmental responsibility in all operations.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

• Work well in a team.

• Physically fit and capable for 4-14 hour days if required. 

• Available all hours Monday-Sunday and Public holidays.

• Must be Reliable and Experienced.

Skills & Experience.

• Hold current BWTM & TC Traffic Control Tickets

• Construction White Card

• (C) Class Driver's license 

• Own reliable transport to attend work. 

• Effective Communication

• Punctuality and reliability
