The Society Nail Bar is a new luxury nail salon opening in the heart of Sanctuary Cove. We are creating a beautiful, elevated space focused on exceptional client experiences, premium services, and a supportive team culture.

We are seeking an experienced Nail Salon Manager to lead our team and help establish The Society Nail Bar as a leading luxury nail destination on the Gold Coast.

About the Role

As Salon Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon while ensuring exceptional customer service, team performance, and business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Leading and supporting the salon team

· Managing daily salon operations

· Client bookings and customer service

· Staff training, mentoring and performance management

· Stock control and inventory management

· Retail sales and promotions

· Maintaining salon presentation and standards

· Assisting with recruitment and onboarding

· Driving a positive and professional team culture

. Taking on everyday clients doing manicures, pedicures, gel and bib

What We Are Looking For

Essential

· Previous salon, beauty management experience

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Professional presentation

· Highly organised with excellent time management

· Ability to motivate and support a team

· Passion for the beauty industry

Desirable

· Retail sales experience

· Social media and marketing knowledge

· Existing industry relationships
