Your Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants by delivering exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to enhance the property management experience.

• Drive new business growth through proactive referrals, networking, outreach, and industry engagement.

• Deliver a seamless transition and exceptional client experience.

• Coordinate maintenance requests, working collaboratively with contractors, owners and tenants to achieve positive outcomes.

• Review inspection reports prepared by our dedicated inspections team and communicate recommendations to clients.

• Addressing client and tenant inquiries and requests.

• Collaborate closely with our wider team to deliver a consistently high standard of service across every client interaction.
