About the role
This role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of quality meal services to clients, supporting volunteers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the site. You will be the key point of contact for clients and volunteers, ensuring services are delivered with care, efficiency and in line with our mission to improve the wellbeing of older Australians.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork on-site Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm(hours can be flexible)
Coordinate daily meal delivery services and respond to client enquiries.
Maintain accurate client records and provide excellent customer service.
Organise volunteer rosters, communication and support to ensure successful meal deliveries.
Work collaboratively with Food Packers, drivers and administration teams.
Assist with client intake, reassessments, feedback and complaint resolution.
Maintain compliance with organisational policies, aged care standards, food safety and WHS requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and site administration.
Experience in customer service, administration or coordination roles, ideally within aged care, healthcare, food services or the not-for-profit sector.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, volunteers and colleagues.
Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems/CRM platforms.
Relevant qualification or significant experience in customer service/administration.
Current NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle.
Willingness to obtain a NSW Police Check (if required).
Commitment to the Aged Care Code of Conduct and organisational values.
