• Positions with immediate start available
• Casual pay rate of $37.50 per hour (Clerks Award)

About the role

This Guest Experience Coordinator role is all about bringing the GYG magic to life by supporting our guests with speedy, friendly, and knowledgeable service across everything from menu questions and dietary needs to order tracking, refunds, and promos.

You'll be the go-to guru for guest feedback, solving problems with a smile, spotting trends, and working closely with our restaurants, Franchisees, and internal teams to keep things running smoothly.

With tools like Zendesk, Braintree, and Resto at your fingertips, you'll juggle queries like a pro, help with fun stuff like merch rewards, photo shoots, and new store launches, and make sure every guest leave feeling the GYG love! 

You will bring

• A high level of tech savviness and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible and positive attitude to working within a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
• Highly energetic and motivated self-starter, with strong initiative, a solid work ethic, and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously and meet all deadlines
• Ability to accurately record information and process enquiries in a timely manner
